Trouvaille Wood Flat Wall Mirror with Shelves

Much smaller than I thought and far more country rustic looking wood than I was expecting which my room is more mid century

This is a really wonderful piece. The wood is rich and warm to the eye and touch. The mirror is just heavy enough to show its quality but not too heavy to hang. We love the rounded shape and the little ledge which is useful. I recommend it!

This wooden mirror has a built in shelf and is quite well-made. It’s solid wood with a lovely warm brown stained finish, and it fits well in our coastal home but would also look good in a variety of decors. The mirror itself is slightly smaller than I expected. I think it would look best in a small room or clustered with a couple of coordinating pieces, which is my eventual plan. The shelf is decorative and it’s fairly narrow. I planned to put a conch shell on the shelf, but it’s too narrow. It will hold a whelk, which is my eventual plan. It comes with an attached bracket, and was easy to hang using my own picture hook. No need for extra wall support as it’s fairly light. I am on the lookout for two smaller circular mirrors or frames to partner with it, but overall I’m happy with the item.

I absolutely adore this mirror. I’m a school counselor and I changed offices so I wanted to give my office a refresh. Students will often want to check their hair or make-up before leaving my office so I like to have a mirror up for them. It’s a perfect size and stylish. The mirror is exactly as described and pictures. It’s light weight so easy to hang. The wood coloring is very pretty and rich looking. I feel like it looks way more expensive than it is. I ordered a fake, very little felt plant to add on the ledge. There is very little room on the ledge so you can’t put anything significant on it. You have about the width of two fingers, an inch or so. I would say the mirror is definitely more ornamental in nature not necessarily good for a bathroom it isn’t something to store a brush or comb on. I think it could be great by a back door, so you can get a quick lipstick check before heading out the door for the day. The delivery was very quick, even quicker than advertised. It was well packaged so the mirror had no chance of breaking. Great piece!
