Pretty good quality for something that is shipped to you for you to assemble. The doors lock but once locked, they just slide together to one side or the other so it's definitely not going to stop anyone from getting in. We had to get creative to seal where the roof meets the far wall as that seems to be designed to provide ventilation and we wanted to block cold air from getting in but that was an easy adjustment to make for our needs. The directions were pretty good most of the time. Make sure you have multiple adults and plenty of time. We had 3 adults and spent one afternoon unpacking and prepping, one full day working and one morning finishing up. But, it was worth it in the end and we've been enjoying the space.. Christine. I found the instructions fairly easy to follow. The parts all seem to fit together fairly well. My only complaint is that there is a cap that runs the full width of the rear of the roof and is difficult (if not impossible) to install when the room is fully constructed. I will be adding my own trim along the back edge of the roof so it doesn't leak. The metal roof is a bit noisy when it rains. All in all my wife and I are happy with our purchase.. Joellen. ON. As there weren’t that many reviews, I was nervous to order, but I am SO THRILLED with my new screened porch/solarium! It took me and a friend two full days to build it. But it was so worth it. It’s summer now so I have all the panels off so I can’t attest to how it will be in the cooler weather, but it looks great, it’s big and I haven’t had any issues with the roof leaking and it’s rained heavily since installation. Cats are also thrilled as it is very secure and they can safely be outside now.. Jenny. CT. Sun Jul 19 2026
