Dented pieces, some of the slat holders were not attached and not an easy fix. Some parts sent for the wood grain item which we didn't order. Inspect all pieces in all 7 boxes right away. I purchased a 10 foot and an 8‘ x 10 pergola. We put them side-by-side and we have created a beautiful area which will be a setting area and a hot tub area. Nice pergola. Put it together by myself (with the help of a few ladders for temporary bracing. A few things…. There were many dents on several pieces but with overseas shipping I’m surprised there were not even more. It was also missing pieces that I will have to try to add later when hopefully the company will send me the parts. It does let rain through but not in large amounts. It looks very nice with the wood grain post next to the dark gray aluminum frame. The shade glides smoothly on the rails. It was unraveling with hole in it but company hopefully will replace it.. Pergola is awesome. There were several scratches and decent size dents when it arrived. Once I worked through being short a few screws the pergola assembly went well with mostly 1 person and was completed in about 7hrs. Needed a helper to raise the poles and square it up.
