It’s a great umbrella! Once I decided where to place it on my patio, a few months after it was delivered and set up, it was a great choice. The pole has been a bit wobbly, but that was my choice to keep rotating it, I Until I moved it to a better location on my patio near my pool. . Once I moved it, tightened the pole on the base, I found it much better and happier that I bought it.. It does provide good sun and even rain protection. I lower when the forecast calls for rain, and wind. It looks res nice. Sunbrella fabrics are better than average and don’t fade. I also ordered the bronze weighted rose wheel base. Xx. It has a lock or so on the wheels. It could be wider than it is, for better stability on a windy day. It needs some extra weight on top to make sure it doesn’t blow over, with the umbrella closed. Overall, it looks great and is a great choice.. Sandra. CT. Sun Sep 06 2026

Things happen. I get it. I bought this umbrella for a party and it arrived but the lights did not work. I was a little annoyed and reached out to Wayfair who then put me in contact with the vendor. They are in another country I think because the responses usually took a day if I sent the message in the morning. Anyway, I explained the issue was having., sent photos, and answered their questions. They determined, I have no idea how since there are many things that could have caused this I think, that it was the solar panel. Because TARIFFS, I am certain, it was taking a while to get the part. The vendor, sent another one via FEDEX from wherever in the world they are and it arrived in two days and worked like a charm. As a business owner, I fully understand that things happen. The key is how you handle it. Maple, who I was working with, was great. She always replied and we got this resolved. The umbrella is a statement piece for the patio and I look forward to enjoying it for a long time. Many thanks to Wayfair and Maple. This is why I shop Wayfair. You haven't let me down yet!!!. Well made umbrella! Easy to set up but definitely heavy which is why I chose this one out of hundreds of others out there. The 2” steel pole is a necessity for this large of an umbrella and not a hindrance that some folks mention. Yea it needs a bigger base to accommodate but you won’t regret that purchase. Double center pulley system is top notch along with 1 for each side. Being rural with some pretty stiff winds we needed to tether it down in 4 corners as shown in the photos. 4 stars since I prefer a drape for better shade and twice as wide.. Diane. Monticello, MN.
