Much larger than I envisioned! But that means small packages will fit without squishing the mail. I also love the locking section and feel more secure now. It’s easy to figure out for anyone to slide mail into the top section and having it fall into the lower part. Very heavy metal. The numbers are magnetic but hold tight to the sides. I'm going to go ahead and review even though we are not to the point in our new home build where we are ready to install the mailbox. We did unpack to make sure we have all the parts. We might be missing a "plate" to attach the actual box to the post. One set of instructions said we should have it and the other instruction didn't show it...weird. The holes, however, do match up with the box and post so I'm hoping with this style maybe the missing plate is nothing we need. Each piece seems very sturdy, and it is such an elegant look to it. I can't wait to install. It was pretty pricey, and that was what took me so long to finally purchase. UPDATE: after 3 years, I still love it, BUT a truck clipped it less than a year installed and broke the decorative scroll part off. Unfortunately it’s not made of material that can be welded back on so we had someone make a similar scroll with iron. AND after a couple years the paint completely bubbled and peeled off! See pics for reference. The numbers didn’t last through the first year— All but 1 fell off during the winter and then that summer became discolored. They are currently stuck on with gorilla tape.. Gina. Walton, KY. Fri Sep 04 2026

Your packages deserve better than a doorstep. Every day, millions of deliveries are left exposed – visible to passersby, vulnerable to weather, and sometimes stolen. The Merapi Large Parcel Drop Box changes that. Imagine coming home to find every package safely inside, not scattered across your porch. No more rushing home to beat the delivery driver. No more soggy cardboard on rainy days. No more worrying about porch pirates when you're away for the weekend. This isn't a flimsy plastic box or a screw-together metal kit that wobbles and rusts. It's a single, seamless piece of cold-rolled steel – 1mm thick, powder-coated, and built to outlast the seasons. The rear access door lets you retrieve packages from your backyard or garage, away from street view. The front drop slot is designed for couriers – they don't need a key, so every delivery goes straight into the box, not on your doorstep. Whether you live in a busy neighborhood, a quiet suburban street, or a rural area with long delivery routes – this parcel drop box gives you one thing every homeowner wants: peace of mind. No assembly. No hassle. Just security, from the very first delivery.

The stainless-steel spring hinge and strong magnetic catch will keep the door secure while the rustproof cast aluminum body construction creates a weather-resistant mailbox. Delightfully proportioned the Berkshire will fit your important mail, documents, and packages and keep them dry. The housing around the elegant flag is finished to match the body and will ensure the flag stays upright to signify pickup at your mailbox. The beauty and durability of Berkshire come together to give your home a curbside accent that you can enjoy for a lifetime.

The copper color is darker in person but still lovely. The magnet closer is strong and overall a great option to add charm to your mailbox!. Katie. Omaha, NE. Thu Jun 18 2026

The white post mounted mailbox post system (patent pending) is constructed of high-quality commercial grade. The numbers for the number plate are not included but can be purchased at your local hardware store. The assembly is fast and simple with its internal key system that holds the arm firmly in place. All hardware is included (even the bolts that attach the mailbox to the mailbox mounting plate). This post comes fully in length for direct burial so that your system will remain level for many years to come. 4Ever Products does not use wood anchors or other types of the stake that will rot and eventually become unstable.

The post and mailbox are well made and were delivered with no damage. My husband installed the post over an existing 4X4 wooden post from a previous post. I just wish the mailbox was larger. The description did state it is a "standard" size, not large.. Elizabeth. Saint Michaels, MD. Mon Sep 19 2022
