This was so easy to set I’m a female that is only 5 ft tall once I had it place the inflation was so easy. I did watch a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Took 2 hrs to fill it and about 20 hrs to heat . The only thing that I feel would be helpful is if they could supply some starter chemicals for spa hot tub. Definitely not a deal breaker I have been it twice a day since I bought it. Also anyone that has arthritis in your knees or anywhere this is wonderful to have .. Nina. New Fairfield Ct. We love this and are in it every night. Simple to inflate and run. And holy cow the jets just bubble the stress away. I had read reviews that complained about it not heating up, but we did not have an issue. We had it up to 108 24 hours after we set it up. Had to back it down to 102. Great purchase. Highly recommend it. Two co-workers have ordered based on my recommendation.. Joseph. Allerton, IL. Thu Aug 13 2020
