From the moment I opened the box, I liked this hot tub. There was almost no plastic or styrofoam packaging; it was all paper. I love that and wish more manufacturers would follow suit. The tub went together easily and is currently filling and will be ready for use tonight. It came with a small chlorine floater, which was a bonus. I love this tub already!! Update: This tub lasted nearly a year before it stopped heating. It was great while it lasted, .. Michelle. Santa Fe, NM. Thu Oct 01 2026

3rd one of these in 3 years. The last one was purchased in June of this year and stopped holding air. Wayfair refunded my money and I reordered. It's a nice hot tub. I really do like it. The 1st one lasted 3 years so got my money's worth out of it as I use it nightly from May thru Oct but the one ordered in June was a defective one. The cap that seals the air intake would seal so it wouldn't hold air. It took at least 5 calls to get it resolved but Wayfair hopefully FINALLY fixed the problem.. Anonymous. Howell, MI. Love it! Haven’t been able to use it just yet! Took about 15 hrs or so to warm up due to the cold weather cold in our garage. Leaked around the heating nozzle which we assume was because it was so cold out it was right at the max line. Other than that , it’s been good so far!. Anonymous. Sun Jan 16 2022

Note: For optimal heating and performance results, the following is recommended: Avoid leaving your spa out at temperatures lower than 40°F. Switch control box off every 48 hours to allow temperatures to cool and reset Use a 12/3 extension cord if one is required (if an extension cord is not necessary, it is recommended to connect hot tub directly to outlet) Connect hot tub to designated 20 AMP plug when in use (heater requires 1200 Watts of electricity and the bubbles require 600 Watts of electricity)

Great little hot tub! We love in North Central Texas & it’s a little on the cooler side currently. The temp went to 104 pretty quickly (maybe about 12 hours total). The only minor issue we had is with the outside drainage pipe, it had a small leak but we easily tightened the cap and added a little plumping tape to the outside to ensure no more drips. Overall our daughter loves her new heated play pool & we love our relaxing hot tub.. Amanda. Tue Nov 02 2021

At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week. This purchase was 100 worth it.. Amanda. US. Mon Apr 15 2024
