Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. I got this hot tub in September 2025. The pump has a leak and is not working properly. This company has no telephone number listed or a web site and can only be reached via email. I have had no luck with contacting them. This is the first and I hope the only time I ever have a problem with a purchase via Wayfair.. Cidnee. Mobile, AL. Tue Mar 24 2026
