3rd one of these in 3 years. The last one was purchased in June of this year and stopped holding air. Wayfair refunded my money and I reordered. It's a nice hot tub. I really do like it. The 1st one lasted 3 years so got my money's worth out of it as I use it nightly from May thru Oct but the one ordered in June was a defective one. The cap that seals the air intake would seal so it wouldn't hold air. It took at least 5 calls to get it resolved but Wayfair hopefully FINALLY fixed the problem.. Anonymous. Howell, MI. From the moment I opened the box, I liked this hot tub. There was almost no plastic or styrofoam packaging; it was all paper. I love that and wish more manufacturers would follow suit. The tub went together easily and is currently filling and will be ready for use tonight. It came with a small chlorine floater, which was a bonus. I love this tub already!! Update: This tub lasted nearly a year before it stopped heating. It was great while it lasted, .. Michelle. Santa Fe, NM. Thu Oct 01 2026

This was so easy to set I’m a female that is only 5 ft tall once I had it place the inflation was so easy. I did watch a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Took 2 hrs to fill it and about 20 hrs to heat . The only thing that I feel would be helpful is if they could supply some starter chemicals for spa hot tub. Definitely not a deal breaker I have been it twice a day since I bought it. Also anyone that has arthritis in your knees or anywhere this is wonderful to have .. Nina. New Fairfield Ct.
