From the moment I opened the box, I liked this hot tub. There was almost no plastic or styrofoam packaging; it was all paper. I love that and wish more manufacturers would follow suit. The tub went together easily and is currently filling and will be ready for use tonight. It came with a small chlorine floater, which was a bonus. I love this tub already!! Update: This tub lasted nearly a year before it stopped heating. It was great while it lasted, .. Michelle. Santa Fe, NM. Thu Oct 01 2026

The spa works for us, but it arrived with the wrong cover and shortly after using it we realized that the filtration system was not working properly. According to Wayfair, we have to file a claim with Intex since it's still covered under the one year warranty. Intex no longer carries the spa and they request too many details to just start the claim process. Very frustrated. It's still better than buying a $7-12k tub, but don't buy closeouts!. Kevin. Great little hot tub! We love in North Central Texas & it’s a little on the cooler side currently. The temp went to 104 pretty quickly (maybe about 12 hours total). The only minor issue we had is with the outside drainage pipe, it had a small leak but we easily tightened the cap and added a little plumping tape to the outside to ensure no more drips. Overall our daughter loves her new heated play pool & we love our relaxing hot tub.. Amanda. Tue Nov 02 2021

Love it. Easy assembly. I’m 63 and put it all together in less than 2 hours. You tube the assembly instructions . Sturdy. Heater works great. Bubbles are so nice. I thought the bottom would be uncomfortable as I put it on patio stones but it is cushioned enough to be comfortable . Nice that it has 2 covers One for easy entry to keep the heat in. Another heavy duty one with clips to make it safe. I went with salt water as I have it beside my salt water pool. So far it’s crystal clear after lots of use from the grandkids. Only things is that it says it’s a 6 person tub…actually it’s a 4 person if you don’t want to be crowed in. Kathy. CA. Sat Jun 29 2024

Very disappointed in this product the first one ended up tearing at a seam tried patching but ended up the hot tub leaked somewhere else Wayfair paid for me to ship it back and the company sent another one that made it through almost four months of this spring-summer and ended up with a leak I found it and patched it but again it was leaking somewhere else I contacted ALEKO and they no longer carry this product so couldn't help me and I hauled it to the dump! I actually liked the hot tub, easy set up worked great until the leaks and Wayfair was great about it the first time happening. I'm assuming the material of the hot tub was inferior and that's why they no longer carry this product.. Joy. US. Sat Sep 05 2026
