I like the dragonfly designs on the bird feeder. It is very attractive and my birds are loving it. I wish the feeder tube was made of glass. It is a little hard to fill and if the feeder tube is knocked off slightly while filling it, it is hard to situate it back on. The Woodlink seed tube feeder with a cage is a wonderful mixed seed feeder with a 1.5-inch caged grid around the exterior. The grid is powder-coated metal allowing for birds to slip through easily and protect them from predators. The feeder can hold 1.25 lbs. of birdseed. The tube itself is made from durable ABS plastic and features 4 different feeding stations. Many of your favorite songbirds can slip in but larger birds like doves, bluejays, and grackles will have to find another place to feed.

Received as described. We have one resident chickadee that is so picky, it throws a few sunflower seeds out before choosing the one, and flies off with its choice. I was concerned about whether the birds would accept this based on the reviews but there are dozen of the flitting around it as I write this. I did deduct a star because the metal is a much thinner gauge than my previous brand name one (which needed replacing because a bear destroyed it- never had bears here before). The old one had already survived having a small tree fall on it. This one would not withstand that. The lid already had a dent when it arrived and I could easily bend the metal with my bare hands. The finish is a sprayed on paint, not a more durable powder coated finish so it will likely rust pretty quickly. I didnt want the hassle of a return so I kept it. A classic among squirrel proof feeders, this has ports that close under a squirrels weight, preventing the squirrel from raiding the seed supply. This Squirrel-Be-Gone Wild Bird Metal Tube Bird Feeder features 6 feeding ports and a u-shaped perche. The feeding ports have sturdy metal perches that allow birds to feed comfortably but, when the squirrels perch on them, their weight causes the entire metal casing to slip down, completely blocking the feeding ports and their access to the seed. The interior seed tower is surrounded by rustic metalwork. The 6 perch or feeding station set up, coupled with the anti-squirrel technology makes this feeder of the most economical and convenient squirrel proof feeders on the market.
