Directions were easy and clear, all parts labeled nearly, says it takes two people to assemble, but I did it myself in an hour. 'Lots of screws all put in with the provided Alan wrench which got a bit tiring, but not terrible. I might suggest a rubber mallet as helpful, but not critical. They look beautiful and are comfortable I made my husband model to show height. He is 5'9". Now to repaint the deck to look as nice as the chairs! First purchase with Wayfair and very happy.. Laurel.
