I contacted Wayfair for a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement unit had the exact same defect. We ended up having to drill the holes ourselves, which made the installation very time-consuming and tedious. Overall, the installation was honestly a nightmare and took much longer than it should have. That said, I really like the set itself and think it looks great in our backyard. Nice set and decent for the money. Rocking swivel chairs are very nice, but had incorrectly matched piece that was too big for lower screws to attach. I am impressed how quickly the cushions on these Ottomans inflated immediately after opening up the packaging. I wish there was a way to securely fasten the cushions onto the base of the ottoman. I added some Velcro to hopefully keep the cushions in place so they don’t blow away. I live in an area with high winds. The bases were easy to assemble by inserting eight screws into each of the bases to attach the legs. They are comfortable and look nice. My only concern, is as I stated previously, with regard to wishing the cushions were securely attached to the base. Other than that, I have absolutely no concerns.. Cindy. Phoenix, AZ.
