These teak barstools are very nice. A few problems putting together. Holes misaligned, and a screw was stripped, etc. My husband was able to overcome the issues but it took 3 hours to assemble 4 stools. They are comfortable and the footrest is at the right height (I’m 5’4”). I think the seats could be deeper for more comfort but overall I am very pleased with these stools.. Anonymous. They really were a cheaper alternative. Fairly well made. Took awhile to assemble four of them. I don’t like the plastic side strips and wish they hadn’t put them on as it cheapens the look and feel. Overall I’m happy for now.. Lynne. North Port, Fla.. Fri Apr 24 2026

Hand-woven using techniques handed down from generation to generation, the Capucine Bar Stool features easily maintained seating of synthetic twisted wicker in a soothing birch color paired with sleek and stylish teak legs. Includes a seat cushion in Dune that is optional for sitting.

I'm not sure about this chair, it looks great but it is really deep for a barstool. Residentially it's great, it's almost like a lounge chair because of the depth and I could sit in it for a long time. I don't like that it swivels. This is going in a bar for an outdoor restaurant sitting on a beach at a hotel. It's a bit too deep and the spinning is not so good in a commercial setting because people tend to get hurt. The chair is very sturdy and well made. I think it will be okay, we are having a lumbar pillow made so it doesn't sit quite so deep and a new cushion for the seat as the cushion on it isn't very soft. To sum it up: This chair would be great in a residential environment but needs some modifications in a hospitality environment.. Karolyn. Crestview Hills, KY. Wed Nov 19 2025
