Our patio is very nice but it was in need of a 'structure'. I've always loved the tiki bar vibe and margaritas so we decided to turn this into just that. I read the reviews prior to purchasing and I'm glad I did. While most reviews were positive, there were some things mentioned that were a little concerning. Quite a few people mentioned they were missing parts/pieces, others mentioned it took more than 2 people to assemble as there are a lot of parts and pieces. Every time we moved on to another section I held my breath that everything would be there. Only my husband and I assembled this and it took us about 2 days. We didn't work on it consistently but it is quite a job. One thing you should note if you buy one...when looking at the instructions be sure to pay attention to the orientation of it in the pictures. It is sometimes hard to tell if you're looking at the front or back. We are still in the process of getting it set up the way we want (signage, chairs etc.) but look forward to entertaining and using it for such an event. Side note: Included should be a bottle opener AND paper towel holder but my paper towel holder was missing. We use this as a check in desk for our little MCM neighborhood pool. It has been great for us and our members have really loved it. I was nervous at first, because the photos show the posts and headers as multiple pieces. At first, I was concerned about assembly because there are so many pieces, but I was actually able to put it together myself with the exception of help to stand it up and extra hands to put on the roof sheets.
