Really pleased with the value and easy set up of this sauna. It came with the IR lamp as advertised (despite another review to contrary). Heats up fast enough and seems hot but I'm waiting to receive a thermometer to confirm temp and humidity. Might be nice if it were a bit larger to stretch legs (I'm 6ft) but then it would be slower to warm up and maintain heat.. Scott. GA. Mon Aug 31 2026

Update** Took about 90 minutes to put together! Works great. Heats up to about 140 degrees which is plenty hot! Love the 2 Bluetooth speakers too!! There was a pretty good size gouge in the box - probably due to fork lift - which left a pretty good size mark on the outside panel on the left side of the sauna. Not sure it will be noticeable once we put it together. Will update review after we put it together to see. Have not used this yet - looking forward to it though.. Lora. North Canton, OH. I recently purchased the Rylan indoor two person sauna and I cannot get enough of it. Mine is upstairs in my loft and the first thing is it takes about 25 minutes to heat up to 140° which is incredible it's not long at all. When it's done I don't have any issues with it heating up my loft and making it warm inside the house which I love. I don't feel any discomfort by the infrared at all and I really like the Bluetooth speakers inside. Part of me actually wishes I would about the four person even though I don't need it it would have just been nice to be able to lay out. I researched the heck out of this purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased that we decided on this one! Delivery was quicker than promised, and the packages are very cleverly put together. We had three people for our assembly, and it went like a breeze. The most difficult part was finding the box of instructions and screws (which was at the very bottom of the LAST box we opened)! An indicator on the outside of the appropriate box - a red ribbon, or a message on the outside of the box - would solve this frustration. The clamps that hold the panels together are GENIUS, and the sauna was up and running in our pool house within hours (we unpacked in our barn, which was the staging area, and easily carried each panel as required into the pool house, some 30 yards distant). Heating took a matter of mere minutes, although we did find that the temperature fluctuates by about 5 degrees, throughout the course of a session. The quality, cedar scent, and penetrating heat are so restorative, and we even find we like the "mood" lighting, although I was dubious about this function, at first. We still haven't figured out how to use the MP3 player. The instructions are nothing short of incomprehensible, but we'll persevere (as other reviewers have). Although our sauna will predominantly be used by one or two of us at a time, the 4-person sauna was a good choice, as it allows greater ease of movement and comfort. This sauna is PERFECT in a pool house situation, as we use it the way saunas have historically been used by the Romans, indigenous people, etc. ... alternating between hot sauna and cold dips in the pool (which we swim in year-round, here in SC), but cold showers or a roll in the snow would have this same effect, in northern climes, or in the absence of a nearby pool or lake. Don't hesitate to purchase!. Beth. SC. Tue Jan 04 2022

Build quality is good. Works as advertised. Massive amount of trash after assembly but that’s the price to pay for shipping such a large item. Only complaint is the relatively low quality speaker/ancient looking mp3 player, but it gets the job done.. David. Holt, MI. Wed Apr 23 2025

Far-infrared saunas are an effective form of relaxation, detoxification, pain relief, and cardiovascular health. Their lower temperatures and more comfortable feel make them an ideal alternative for those who cannot tolerate the higher temperatures of traditional saunas. If you're looking for a relaxing and healing method that can be incorporated into your daily wellness routine, far-infrared saunas are undoubtedly worth considering. However, it's important to use them safely and in moderation.

Great value. Sauna is tight though. Should be like 2’ wider so you can lay down and relax. I would suggest getting the larger size.. Alli. Montecito, CA. Fri Jan 03 2025
