Arrived extremely well packed and wrapped. I'll admit that the instructions threw me for a bit of a loop and I managed to orient one piece incorrectly which resulted in my belief I'd received 2 chairs of differing height. After establishing - on my own - that the mistake had been entirely on me, I corrected the orientation and now have 2 chairs which are the same height. I will add that the supplied wrenches are not up to the task of properly tightening all of the larger bolt/nut combinations. Instead, I recommend using 2 adjustable crescent wrenches. We absolutely love the chairs however we had ordered 4 chairs earlier in the day prior to ordering 1 chair. When we ordered the 4 chairs, the site stated only 4 was available and after ordering them, the site then said there were 2 more available After a week of waiting for the 4 chairs, we finally received a notification that they were delayed and to expect arrival in October, a 4-month wait. I'm not sure about this chair, it looks great but it is really deep for a barstool. Residentially it's great, it's almost like a lounge chair because of the depth and I could sit in it for a long time. I don't like that it swivels. This is going in a bar for an outdoor restaurant sitting on a beach at a hotel. It's a bit too deep and the spinning is not so good in a commercial setting because people tend to get hurt. The chair is very sturdy and well made. I think it will be okay, we are having a lumbar pillow made so it doesn't sit quite so deep and a new cushion for the seat as the cushion on it isn't very soft.
