Customers find the product to be of great quality and appreciate its beautiful, elegant, and timeless style. The stools are described as comfortable and supportive, with a modern look. However, some customers noted that the backrest could be higher for better support, and the included cushion is small and lacks support. Additionally, there are mixed opinions regarding the comfort, with some finding them comfortable and others experiencing issues with the cushion getting dirty quickly.
