Turn your yard into a bird lovers' paradise with this Perky-Pet Squirrel-Be-Gone II Country Style Bird Feeder. Attract everything from cardinals, finches, flickers, and grackles to grosbeaks, jays, and juncos. This bird feeder provides an optimal feeding station for birds, without catering to those sneaky squirrels. It does so by utilizing a weight-activated perch that closes off under a squirrel’s weight, while your favorite birds can still access the seed just fine. Adjustable springs can be calibrated to accommodate different bird sizes and keep away large nuisance birds as well. In addition, this feeder boasts an all-metal construction to resist squirrel damage and a powder-coated finish to resist rust. For your convenience, this feeder can be hung on a hook or pole mounted to allow versatile placement (and help with your squirrel prevention measures). The removable metal roof reveals a large opening that enables easy filling and cleaning. This feeder can hold up to 8 lb of black-oil sunflower seed, hulled sunflower seed, mixed seed, or safflower seed so it’s sure to keep your hungry birds happy and well-fed.

Crafted from clear UV-stabilized polycarbonate and engineered polypropylene resins, this feeder boasts 250 times the impact strength of glass while weighing half as much. VERY pleased with this feeder. It's the third one I've tried over the last few years - first one I've bought from Wayfair. I really like the color and the design allows so many more birds to feed at a time without having "bird fights". Best of all, it has finally defeated the squirrel that has been eating all the seed ... the cage design makes it easy for the birds and almost impossible for the squirrel. It's become a neighborhood attraction. Love it.. Elin. Los Angeles, CA. Mon Aug 03 2026

Hopper Bird Feeder is easy to fill top locks securely and combined with an adjustable weight spring-operated perch restricts access to squirrels and larger birds. Durable, chew-resistant powder coated steel body with a zinc-plated hanger. Simply unlatch and lift the squirrel resistant lid for easy filling and cleaning, seed level indicator window shows when the feeder is empty. The overhanging roof and hopper keeps the seed dry and protected from the elements. Top locks securely preventing squirrel access while the weight activated perch prevents access to seed ports.

I was concerned about whether the birds would accept this based on the reviews but there are dozen of the flitting around it as I write this. I did deduct a star because the metal is a much thinner gauge than my previous brand name one (which needed replacing because a bear destroyed it- never had bears here before). The old one had already survived having a small tree fall on it. This one would not withstand that. The lid already had a dent when it arrived and I could easily bend the metal with my bare hands. The finish is a sprayed on paint, not a more durable powder coated finish so it will likely rust pretty quickly. I didnt want the hassle of a return so I kept it. It does the job and if it lasts a couple of seasons itll be worth it.. Susan. Deep River, CT. Sun Nov 08 2020

The tube bird feeder is beautiful, yet functional. Four columns support a hammered copper, Verde, or merlot-painted roof topped by a distinctive finial. A large 4-feeder tube allows for ample storage and the ability to monitor the amount remaining in the tube.
