We like the look of this table on our deck. The 54” added 6” to our previous seating capacity which we wanted without having to change the existing rug. The 4 rating is due to an obvious seam where the top halves meet; something I was wary of prior to buying. It took 45 minutes for my husband and me to put it together. It was not easy, so if you are not good with tools and many screws, washers, nuts and bolts, you may want to get a table from a big box store or super expensive table from a patio store.. Jean. I really like the look of this table and it seems sturdy and that it will hold up well in weather conditions but I am confused why it was designed with a board that is in the exact spot where your knees need to go when you’re sitting at the sides of the table.
