Got this as an open box set and it seems sturdy and well made. There were a few small scratches on one of the arms, but don't effect the structure at all. We got these to put around our firepit. We had been using camp chairs but seemed like we were replacing them about every month. So we upgraded. These chairs are very sturdy and nice. Very comfortable and I love that they rock. It is also nice that that swivel so when things are going on in the yard you just swivel around. So far very happy with them. My only complaint is that the first 2 chairs were delivered first and it was a little bit of a pain to put them together. It took me (1 person) about 1.5 hours to put them together. The other 4 I knew what I was doing so it went a lot quicker and had all 4 of them done in about an hour. Update: I have had these outside for about a month now. We have had a lot of rain during that time, but I have noticed a few small rust spots. We have treated them to make sure they don't rust further.
