I’ll start by saying the jets are powerful and the heat holds nicely. And it’s a great size for two people. The control panel is almost too simple. Up down for temp, lights (3 colors), and power on off for the jets. Note - the user manual is garbage and explains nothing, and side panels are not removable. The photos don’t even match the hot tub in the manual. We filled up the hot tub and the jets wouldn’t start and it wouldn’t read a temperature or heat up. It took about 50 YouTube videos to learn that when filling up the tub each time put the hose directly into the filter hole to open the water lines. Also, it stated that it did not come with a cover, just stairs. So I purchased the lid separately for 300 and it showed up with a lid and stairs.
