Benches will enhance the look of any table while giving you the extra seating space you need. This bench is made of Northern white cedar and pine. Many or most of the logs will have cracks. These cracks are called checks. Checking occurs when the logs dry and the cells shrink causing the wood to split, which does not weaken the wood. Checking helps give cedar furniture its rustic beauty. Because the wood is naturally resistant to decay and insect damage, you will have a place to set your books, drinks or you, for a long time.

Sturdy, but lightweight. The wood turns a nice silver grey left outdoors. Useful as sidetables, stepstools and extra seating on deck and around firepit. Love the rustic look.. Jeanne. Mv And Roslindale. Mon Sep 21 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bench was fairly easy to put together, and came with clear instructions. It notes that if you use this item outside that it will weather in time from sun, rain, and snow. It is suggested to bring the items inside if the weather is not suitable for wood. I have put it on my covered porch and it has stood up fairly well so far however, I will be moving into my shed once we get into the snowy months. The American flag design is darkened to match the dark color of the wood which I really like that design element. It is the perfect piece to accent my outdoor front porch while being patriotic!. This is the perfect size for our front porch. It was easy enough to put together, but my husband had to use his drill to put the screws in as there were no holes in the seat part. I’m not sure how to describe the color. Sort of gray/green/brown, but it works well for us.. Lyndie. Buckeye, AZ. Wed Aug 05 2020

Create your own outdoor seating space with this garden bench! This garden bench will be a real eye-catcher in your outdoor living space.

We like it. Construction is ok. Would work better on a smooth hard surface. We underestimated how long adding the rock ( so that it’s attractive ) would take.. Douglas. Minneapolis, MN. Thu Jun 18 2026
