It fits great in our townhome balcony! Not too big but enough for 2 or 4 adults depending on what mode it is on. Putting it together was not too hard, the only thing that threw me off for a bit was that the arm rests seemed like they were on the way when changing mode. I was pretty happy until realizing a pretty big design flaw. The umbrella hole in the top table part is a great size, can fit any umbrella, but then underneath where you would feed the pole is significantly smaller. Will attach a photo.
