The 2 Burner Charcoal Tray worked well, and we were very happy to have the flavor that you can only get when using charcoal. Unfortunately, we were only able to use the 2 Burner grill once. When I tried to use the grill for the 2nd time, I noticed a hissing sound and the smell of propane. I tried several times to correct the issue, I even tried changing propone tanks before realizing that there was a leak in the gauge hose. Monument Grills offers pre-seasoned cookware without synthetic chemicals. Use the flat side for pancakes, eggs, crispy pizza, etc., and the ribbed side for meats, steaks, broiling, and more. The cast iron grill/griddle heats up within a few minutes. Clean it with hot water, dry it, then use a paper towel with cooking oil to wipe it all over, distributing the heat evenly.
