Delighted! I received the pergola quickly! It was shipped in 4 different boxes and the packaging was awesome! No damaged pieces! Great price and fits my needs. Well, I have now assembled the pergola and did have some damaged pieces (see pictures) I don’t think these pieces were damaged in shipping… seems like they may have come that way from the manufacturer. In any event, I am still happy with the end result. Assembly would be a bit easier with some written instructions to accompany the photos but with patience we were able to figure it out. Love it, my son in law put it up. It was larger than what I thought which was a great thing. Good quality, great product. Great material, strong, well made. Pretty nice and sturdy. It comes in 7 boxes + box with screens and curtains if that’s the model purchased. I wish the assembly instructions were in box one and that the instructions told you where the hardware was, The instructions and hardware are in box 5. Make sure all parts are not damaged before starting assembly especially the key structure parts. Some of my louvers were dented but the didn’t effect my assembly. They were replaced, but it took a week to get the replacements. Wayfair and manufacturer were responsive and easy to deal with but it took time to get the replacement parts. First off came very well packaged and all parts in boxes were secured with foam and each one individually wrapped. The quality is good and looks just like the pictures. I think it took just as long to take the pieces out of the boxes and unwrap them and break all the packing down than it did to build the pergola.
