4m Cotton Canvas Camping Tent - 5-8 Persons Capacity & Waterproof and Windproof & With Stove Jack This 4-season waterproof bell tent is made of a 300gsm cotton canvas, which is sturdy and lightweight. Additionally, it is large enough for 5-8 people to sleep and firm enough against stormy weather. A stove jack is designed for winter, and complete accessories are included for easy setup. Thus, our tent is perfect for camping, hiking, backpacking, trekking, mountaineering, etc.

First a note on materials: The fabric IS NOT CANVAS but Oxford fabric. This is not meant as a complaint. The two are very comparable, but if you are set on canvas you should be aware of the substitution. Other than that I am very favorably impressed Setup was straightforward and easy for one person. It holds its shape without sagging after several days. Ventilation with the internal vents open is more than adequate. It has stood up to two days of stormy weather admirably; there have been no issues with it standing up to the wind. As the later pictures show it is dry inside. The last photo shows water beaded up on the outside of the tent. The interior is roomy, and I am able to walk around comfortably. There's sufficient space to sleep several people and their gear or to use it in a less common way. It is currently doing service as a blacksmithy. There is still enough ventilation. There is enough room that the forge is in no danger of melting or burning anything. The fact that the floor can be unzipped means I can stay dry and not have to worry about dropping hot metal on fabric. The price is very reasonable for what I received, and Wayfair's customer service has been exemplary. The only complaint I have is that the raincap for the door does not have a big enough hole to fit over the door support. This is awesome! Got this for my husband's birthday, have used it twice so far with my '09 Subaru Outback! Saw another review mention it can be tricky if you're putting it up with windy conditions, but opening the windows for passthrough helped us, and once it's up I just put some milk crates from my car to secure the corners.. I am very impressed with this tent for the price it is. I stayed overnight in this tent for a couple days in the rain and sun. It kept me very warm with the wood stove which is made for this tent. I love how it comes with the very organized professional tool pack - very impressive. I thought maybe the material would melt or warp when the chimney of the wood stove kept touching on the tent but it held up without any evidence of high heat. I am a 5'5" female and I set it up alone. It was very easy. I would have set this up sooner if I knew it would be so easy! I will be purchasing another! I have not tried it during winter but I plan to, even tho it says it is not made for winter - which I found out after I read the instructions inside the packet. I recommend having a platform or some level flooring under the tent floor and additional level flooring inside of it, to keep the floor from being cold as the ceiling is very low inside aside from the middle. It fits a queen mattress inside but takes up almost half the space. A full or twin would be best if you plan to stay inside and want more of a studio apartment size rather than a closet.. Camille. We used this tent for winter camping in March with a mix of light snow and rain, and overall it performed really well. The 300D Oxford material felt durable.We set it up with a wood-burning stove using the stove jack, and it worked great. I was initially concerned about how close the stove would be to the walls, but the spacing was actually very comfortable and safe.Inside, we were able to fit two twin air mattresses with a storage table in between, which worked perfectly as a side table. With the stove inside, I would say it realistically fits 2 people comfortably (or 1 queen/king mattress). Without the stove, you could likely fit an additional mattress.The awning is a standout feature — having a covered cooking area right outside the tent made a big difference, especially in wet conditions. Definitely worth getting the version with the awning.The only downside is that this “8-person” size does not have the top ventilation that the larger models (10- and 12-person) include. Because of that, we experienced noticeable condensation buildup along the walls. If your bedding touches the sides, it can get damp, so I recommend keeping mattresses slightly away from the walls and bringing a towel to wipe down moisture.One additional tip: if you’re using a wood stove, make sure your chimney pipe extends well above the tent height (ideally 9–10 ft). Mine was a bit shorter, and a few embers caused small, patchable holes in the roof.Overall, I’m very happy with this tent — it’s durable, functional, and worked great for cold-weather camping. So far so good. Please note that you are going to be out of breath if you use the hand pump to set this thing up. We have a battery operated pump used for the boat water toys, that helped us speed things up with set up. Also be sure to stake it! We love this tent! Set up is a breeze, takes maybe 15-20 min for set up with 2 people- the worst part is putting in the stakes! We camped in this tent 2 nights and the last night it poured the rain. The amount of space inside is incredible—we never felt cramped, even with three big dogs lounging around. It honestly felt more like a cabin than a tent. Setup was unbelievably easy. It took us less than five minutes to have the tent fully inflated and ready to go. No struggling with poles or complicated instructions—just inflate it and you’re done. We also got caught in a heavy rainstorm, and I was expecting at least a little water to find its way inside. Not a single drop did. Everything stayed completely dry, which gave us so much peace of mind. One thing I didn’t expect was the number of people who stopped by to ask about it. We received compliments all weekend!
