This whimsical birdhouse adds a pop of personality to your yard and a sweet spot for your feathered friends to nest. It is made from engineered wood with a red or green painted, powder-coated finish that has been purposefully distressed for a weathered look. And, it’s resistant to weather, UV rays, fading, and rust – so holds up well to the elements. We love the “Route 66” license plate design on the pitched roof that is reminiscent of roads well-traveled. Three holes and three perches welcome the birds. This birdhouse is either freestanding or hangs, depending on your preference.

I bought 2 of these. Quality built. Placed both of them on top of my newly built Obelisk that my husband built for me. Love them. Also we live only a mile from Route 66. So appropriate. Mary B. Mary. Yukon, OK. Thu Jun 05 2025
