[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great high quality performance cooler! The cans of soda I put in this stayed cold for over a week! I used ice packs but if you do use ice, there is a drainage hole on this product also. Cleaning this cooler was a breeze. No mold or mildew formed at all. This particular Engel cooler has the ability to use a padlock to keep wild animals out of it. They even put a bottle opened on the front of it! I would highly recommend this brand of cooler if you need to depend on a cooler for an extended period of time!. Patf. Newburgh, NY. Wed Dec 07 2022

How could we improve upon a wildly popular industry standard? Well, we listened to our customer’s feedback and implemented two important changes. First, we replaced the standard “hang tray” with an all-new pull net. This new feature makes fetching your bait and changing the water a breeze…and it’s designed to withstand wear and corrosion. Second, we moved the air tube port from the edge of the sidewall up into the lid. This should allow you to fill/use more of the box capacity, while also cutting down on the small overflow splashes that result from allowing the cooler to vent around the air tube. Our powerful 2-speed air pump keeps the water fully aerated, while the insulated cooler shields expensive bait from extreme temperatures. Plug into your car or boat’s cigarette lighter using a 12V adapter to run the pump overnight and keep bait fresh for the next morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ENGEL 35 Quart 42 Can High Performance Roto Molded Ice Cooler Chest is the best cooler I have ever used. This cooler can be used camping, hunting, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, tailgating, etc. Once you close the cooler, it becomes airtight so everything inside stays colder longer. I put ice in this cooler on a Thursday and I still have ice in it on a Monday. I really like the latches on this cooler because they’re really easy to lock in place when closing the cooler. No struggling to keep it closed and secured. The latches are made out of what feels like rubber, and some metal so it’s very durable. The latches actually double as a bottle opener on the front of the cooler that makes it very convenient for any event. The carrying handles are made of rope and a handle molded for hand and finger placement for easy carrying. There are also 2 pad lock holes, 1 in each corner of the front of the cooler, for extra security. This ENGEL 35 Quart 42 Can High Performance Roto Molded Ice Cooler Chest is actually certified bear resistant when the lid is bolted or pad locked together. That just let’s you know how durable and tough this cooler really is if it can withstand a bear! All in all this ENGEL 35 Quart 42 Can High Performance Roto Molded Ice Cooler Chest has been a great addition to my outdoor sportsman activities. It keeps drinks and food cold longer, and it maintains ice for days. I highly recommend this cooler to anyone in the market who wants to upgrade their cooler. What separates the soft-sided cooler from the competition is the fact that the HD-30 is entirely welded while most of its counterparts are sewn. By welding all seams, warm air is kept out, dramatically increasing the life of the ice or ice packs inside. The welded seams ensure there will be no air or water leaks, and allow the soft-sided HD-30 to keep beverages cold for 4.5 days in 90° temperatures, according to an independent review. The HD-30 boasts an outer shell composed of durable 840 denier fibers, which provide maximum strength and abrasion resistance. The front and backside are laminated with a Thermal Plastic Urethane (TPU) film, adding another layer of strength and puncture resistance. The cooler has closed-cell foam insulation, preventing air from passing through it and improving the thermal range of the cooler. With a welded waterproof and air resistant zipper that does not require lubrication for optimum function, this cooler has a capacity of 32Qts and can be carried with tote handles or with a single padded strap. Like other models, the cooler has an integrated bottle opener. New in this cooler is patent-pending vacuum valve technology. Customers should use a vacuum to suck out excess air before the first use for optimum performance.
