I am so excited about this portable griddle. It’s my first time using something like this to grill. I cleaned & seasoned it before use. I used a Teflon scraper and soap and water to try to clean the seasoning off the grill. It feels smooth, but you can see the outline of the burgers and the hotdog. What do you suggest?. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Burner performance is amazing, knobs change colors to show which zones are on.. Peter. Fair Oaks, CA. Thu Oct 24 2024
