These chairs look stunning in our patio. They are also very comfortable and they won’t lean you back, which is essential when dining. Materials seem good quality. The only thing to consider is that they are woven with paper rope which, though resistant to the outdoors, needs some care, meaning chairs will need to be stored when not in use. Very happy with our purchase.. Jose. Bethesda, MD. Fri Jun 13 2025

I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. Not having to assemble the chairs is worth paying the extra money right there. My only suggestion is that they need to change the way they ship these chairs.. Julie. Las Vegas, NV. Sat May 16 2026

This wicker chair is really nice and feels very well made. The wicker looks great, the chair feels sturdy, and overall it is very comfortable. It also looks great in person and fits perfectly with outdoor furniture. My only issue is that the top of the chair leans back a little more than I would prefer. I wish it sat slightly more upright. Other than that, I am very happy with the quality, appearance, and comfort. It is a great chair for relaxing outside, and I would definitely recommend it.. Joseph. Sat Sep 19 2026

First off, there was no assembly required and they were packed really well. When the description says light weight it’s not kidding. These chairs are extremely light weight. The cushion and woven back are more cream then grey - which I was hoping for. However, the listing photos had different lighting and some of the chair frames looked grey and others showed the frame in a warmer wood tone. They definitely lean grey, so be aware of that. They’re comfortable and the arms are low enough that they tuck in under the table all the way.. Marisa. Albuquerque, NM. Fri Jul 17 2026
