Update the replacement parts arrived earlier than expected and I didn’t have any problem putting it together after that. I especially like that there’s a little pocket on the hammock. I accidentally submitted this review too early. The chair arrived about a week ago, but parts of the stand were dented and can’t fit together. I really want to like this, but its sort of useless. It is too short to gang from the ceiling. I dont know about anyone elses cat, but mine cant fly, and is not an Olympic pole jumper who could leap from the floor to the ceiling to use this hammock. I ended up wrapping it around my bed post. It is now tilted at an angle. Luckily, the mat is movable, so I adjusted it so its flat. Although, it doesnt really matter because as soon as I put my cat into it to try it, the mat sunk in to the bottom and turned into nothing. Then, he had a hard time getting out, as it moves. I dont think my xats will use this, but for now Ill leave it there. I am giving it 2 stars because it is nicely made, and i can take the pad out, and maybe use it for a flower pot in the future..
