Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. So far so good. I wish they would have dropped the delivery by my garage like I asked and Im missing one of hooks on the back of the smoker, but my first smoke was great. Had no issues with keeping heat consistent - ran a touch hot around 290 for over 4 hours and just had to add wood chunks for some smoke. Just need to use it to get everything dialed in but did a lot less babysitting than my old offset vertical smoker and got a lot of flavor out of it. Overall well made. Moderate skill level for assembly, only tool needed was a screw driver and I had acrylic nails on. This bad boy smoked a whole Turkey and it was delicious. The separate firebox chamber is what makes this a "smoker" - connected to the side of the main chamber, the firebox is a smaller chamber where you burn your charcoal or wood fuel. A small hole connecting the 2 chambers allows heat, smoke, and flavor from inside the firebox to enter the main chamber and indirectly cook your meal to a juicy, smoky, and tender perfection. The main grill chamber features a 254 sq. inch cooking area in addition to a 738 sq. inch surface in the firebox chamber, adding up to over 900 sq. inches of space to indirectly cook your meat, vegetables, and anything else you're serving. However, if you would like to directly grill some or all of your meal, this product doesn't disappoint located in the firebox chamber on an adjustable-height porcelain-coated wire, which is enough to directly cook a lot! It could use a few improvements. 1- door seals. 2- latches for the firebox. 3- more vent holes. 4- The outside shelf expanded metal is super thin and not completely welded. I’m new to charcoal smoking, but I’m honestly excited about this grill. It looks really nice once put together and doesn’t take up a ton of space. I like that it has multiple cooking levels plus the hanging rack option. The side door makes checking the charcoal way easier too. One thing I did notice is the smoker door doesn’t fully close and leaves a small gap, so I’m hoping that won’t affect heat or smoke too much.
