Love this umbrella! Perfect size for my deck landing. Love that it tilts. I do recommend bringing it inside until the pollen is over however. I even took cover off and cleaned.. Anonymous. Clarkesville, GA. Tue Apr 15 2025

We received this fairly quickly. The first one the crank was bent & squeaked really bad. Wayfair took care of it & just received the replacement. It appears better however still squeaks a bit. I like the umbrella & my wife loves it. The color is sunset & it brightens things up. Not sure about the auto tilt. It only tilts a little bit & you have really crank to get it there. Time will tell if it holds up. I only expect these to last a couple years & I think it will do that. Overall I’m happy with it.. Gary. Grants Pass, OR. Tue Mar 23 2021

Ordered 2, 1 came with small holes in the fabric and dirty (probably used). I believe these are commercial grade umbrellas so they are high quality (other than the damage). Also ordered 2 umbrella stands which were also drop shipped from the same company. These also arrived damaged and one had paperwork in the box that showed it had been returned from a country club (the metal components were completely bashed in) Wayfair responded immediately saying a new umbrella and new stands will be shipped to us. In the meantime, my husband had to repair the stands to the best of his ability so we can use them for a party (reason we ordered them), because replacements will not arrive in enough time. It has been a week and a half and I have received no notification that any replacements have or will ship.. Christine. OH. Mon Jul 15 2019
