Love my new greenhouse! Two engineer friends & I anchored & fully assembled in 7 hours on a concrete pad prepared earlier. Assembly using picture diagrams are sketchy in places, but common sense comes in handy! "Tension/support" cabling is aggravatingly tricky without popping out roof panels, but got got it done as designed, & it's a solid structure. For us, there was no way we could have put this kit up in half a day and we're still chuckling about that! We were stumped a couple of times, but customer service support from Palram easily helped us each time. It came out perfectly and I would easily give it five stars, but there are are a few things I would do differently on a Greenhouse of this quality and also . . . the kit instructions . . . a few extra words would have helped greatly instead of 99% photo instructions. Finished project was beautiful. Not NOT Company’s fault but the shipping people really smashed up the boxes and caused little nicks in the plastic glass. Still turned out nice. We added a paver floor by adding sand under the pavers and finishing with paver sand for the top. We wet paver sand let dry and swept off excess. This greenhouse is the perfect size for the area we placed it. My husband put it together by himself. So it took him days to finish it. But my husband is also 78 years old so I was very thankful no matter how long it took. The instructions were more like a coloring book and there were times my husband wanted to scream. Added this to the side of my house. I added pressurized wood to level bottom since my pad is sloped. Also added wood around the sides and top because the brickwork on the bottom prevents greenhouse from being flush against siding. I waited until the first severe windstorm to see how it held up before writing this review. It did great! I have it bolted directly into my porch, mind you. As others have stated, assembling this is a trip to the 7th circle of hell. It took me and two other people 5 days to put this together. The instructions are very poor, things not labelled properly, some steps are backwards, some of the pieces just don't fit together quite right, you'll get part way through and then realize you put something on upside down without realising it (because it's not labelled) and then have to backtrack several steps, and so on. And I bought this greenhouse during the pandemic and it’s still in good shape. I’ve gotten a few inquiries about it. It is large enough inside to put a few garden beds, a small shelf and a small table. I’m also able to keep gardening supplies in there. The size perfect for our small yard. I love it. Came just in time for cold weather. Haven’t been able to caulk panels or reinforce brackets but holding up very well. My plants are thriving. Orchids starting to rebloom. Instructions were very hard to follow especially the door. Parts for the door did not match instructions. Took 3 of us to put together in 4 days. Working at least 8 hours a day.
