Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose. This product is the perfect combination of the smoker, BBQ, and grill for the smoker enthusiast with the space to cook for large groups. This product gives the outdoor chef complete control over their smoked food via fire access doors, air dampers, and a location for flavored wood chips this three-in-one smoker, barbecue, and grill has a whopping 738 sq. in. of cooking space over 3 different cooking grates - that's more than enough space to cook for a party of 8 or more! The separate firebox chamber is what makes this a "smoker" - connected to the side of the main chamber, the firebox is a smaller chamber where you burn your charcoal or wood fuel. A small hole connecting the 2 chambers allows heat, smoke, and flavor from inside the firebox to enter the main chamber and indirectly cook your meal to a juicy, smoky, and tender perfection. The main grill chamber features a 254 sq. inch cooking area in addition to a 738 sq. inch surface in the firebox chamber, adding up to over 900 sq. inches of space to indirectly cook your meat, vegetables, and anything else you're serving. However, if you would like to directly grill some or all of your meal, this product doesn't disappoint located in the firebox chamber on an adjustable-height porcelain-coated wire, which is enough to directly cook a lot! Cook in one chamber, or in both - the choice is yours and the chrome-plated spring handles on both lids will remain cool to the touch even when the fire is lit. Using the temperature gauge, you can easily control the heat you cook by raising or lowering the charcoal grate in the firebox or by adjusting the dampers inside the main chamber's smokestack. The dampers control how much heat and smoke escape through the smokestack the more smoke is trapped inside of the chamber, the hotter and smokier your food will get. A side clean-out door on the firebox makes for hassle-free ash removal and fire-tending, and a spacious storage shelf under the unit will hold all your grilling accessories so you are always ready to light up. As with all grills, this product recommends keeping the firebox clean to help avoid flare-ups as well as using a grill cover to protect your investment.

It could use a few improvements. 1- door seals. 2- latches for the firebox. 3- more vent holes. 4- The outside shelf expanded metal is super thin and not completely welded. The overall setup and quality pretty is good. Other than those minor issues that are easily corrected by the end user for the price point you can't beat it for an upright offset smoker.. Jeremy. FL. So far so good. I wish they would have dropped the delivery by my garage like I asked and Im missing one of hooks on the back of the smoker, but my first smoke was great. Had no issues with keeping heat consistent - ran a touch hot around 290 for over 4 hours and just had to add wood chunks for some smoke. Just need to use it to get everything dialed in but did a lot less babysitting than my old offset vertical smoker and got a lot of flavor out of it. Going for a longer smoke this weekend so expecting to need to refill the firebox at least once with charcoal.. Kevin. Fredericksburg, VA. Thu Sep 17 2026

Just received and have not had a chance to evaluate function. But my impressions on assembly and quality are as follows - Packaging was exceptional. Dense cardboard shipping box with ample foam padding and blocking. Even with a few small pictures there was no damage to the smoker. There was some dust that was not out of the norm. - Instructions were relatively easy to follow with a few challenging steps. With patience and some ingenuity these can be easily navigated. - Quality of materials, fit and finish. The all metal construction is thin sheet metal is bent pressed molding shaped in such a way that it ready very sturdy. Though I would not feel comfortable leaving it outside uncovered and exposed to the harsh summer sun, rain, not snow. The cover itself is well fitted, but doesnt seem to be high quality. With that said. My smoker will reside covered in my well belated screened in patio. All components were enclosed and were of excellent fit and finish. All screws were perfectly aligned and tapped. Only 1 screw was not able to be torqued tightly. The screen just spun in its tap. The cook chamber interior appears to be of some grade of stainless steel. It would have been nice to have some kind of cart system or casters for easy mobility. The cooking grates seem substantial. With the multiple grate levels and removable grates the smokers should be able to fit comfortably large volume proteins and cuts of meats. Ham, turkey, an average sized brisket (15lbs at most I would estimate)... I planned to place a protective layer of aluminum foil on the floor of the fire box and drop pan. I plan to place appreciate sized aluminum pan in the water tray. This will make clean up a lot easier and help increase the service life of my smoker. Lastly, the oven-grademetal mesh gasket is definitely a plus. I just need to remember not to store the smoker with the doors fully latched tight. I will update my review once I have cooked on it and able evaluate its performance.. Kwb (dad). Cinnaminson Nj. Fri Oct 02 2026

Charcoal enthusiasts, take heart! With this Dyna-Glo vertical offset smoker, you can now smoke your favorite foods with a fuel source, charcoal! Vertical smokers are ideal for capturing the maximum smoke flavor, so we've included 6 height-adjustable cooking grates, with a total of 1,890 square inches of cooking space, to accommodate different sizes and types of food. The pre-installed door seal helps retain heat and minimizes smoke loss for improved cooking efficiency. Since indirect heat is ideal for slow cooking (and infusing smoke flavor), the offset functionality of this smoker is designed to keep direct heat away from the food, which helps to prevent food on the bottom racks from cooking too fast. The porcelain enameled charcoal chamber is designed to keep briquettes stacked tightly for improved burn efficiency. The removable, steel ash pan is designed to handle large amounts of ash for hours of maintenance-free cooking.

The AKORN Kamado Kooker is one of the most versatile charcoal grills on the market. Few grills can reach a searing temperature of 700 degrees F and maintain consistent temperatures from 200 degrees to 700 degrees F. This wide range allows the AKORN to cook a wide variety of foods: steaks, fish, chicken, ribs, brisket, bus, pizza, bread, and even cookies. The innovative design, with Mulled Patents Pending, utilizes double-walled steel with insulation that creates a lighter-weight alternative to the heavy and fragile ceramic kamados. In order to generate heat, air must be flowing through the grill and around the coals. Airflow causes food to dry out. With the AKORN insulated design, it retains heat better, requiring less heat and less airflow. Therefore, insulated heat is juicier meat.
