The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Adding a box of wood chips will last for 2-3 hours of smoking, which helps avoid the need for frequent addition of wood chips and is perfect for beginners. And smoker equipped with 2 rear rolling wheels and handle, you can move the smoker as you like wherever you want to use it. And when you are finished using it, it can easily be moved to a corner without taking up space of your patio.

Love this smoker! Made it easy to pretty much set and forget. Digital display was outstanding and it held the temp nicely. Also did not take much time to get back up to temp after opening. I purchased this smoker for my husband. The first day we received it, he said he wanted to season it. The next day he smoked a piece of pork, the best pull pork I have ever tasted.
