Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose. Charcoal enthusiasts, take heart! With this Dyna-Glo vertical offset smoker, you can now smoke your favorite foods with a fuel source, charcoal! Vertical smokers are ideal for capturing the maximum smoke flavor, so we've included 6 height-adjustable cooking grates, with a total of 1,890 square inches of cooking space, to accommodate different sizes and types of food. The pre-installed door seal helps retain heat and minimizes smoke loss for improved cooking efficiency. Since indirect heat is ideal for slow cooking (and infusing smoke flavor), the offset functionality of this smoker is designed to keep direct heat away from the food, which helps to prevent food on the bottom racks from cooking too fast. The porcelain enameled charcoal chamber is designed to keep briquettes stacked tightly for improved burn efficiency. The removable, steel ash pan is designed to handle large amounts of ash for hours of maintenance-free cooking.

FIRST-TIME USE & MAINTENANCE Perform this quick burn-in cycle before your first backyard BBQ: 1. Clean: Wipe the interior of the meat smoker with mild soap and water; air dry. 2. Season: Lightly coat the inner walls with cooking oil (avoid heating elements, probes, and chip box). 3. Burn-in: Run the empty electric smoker at 275°F for 4 hours with vents open to complete the initial seasoning. IMPORTANT TIPS: - Initial Odor: A faint smell or smoke during the first burn of your electric smokers is normal; it will dissipate completely. - Natural Seasoning: The interior will naturally darken over time. This "seasoning" improves heat retention, prevents rust, and enhances flavor for your wood smoker. - Meat Probe Accuracy: Insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bones and fat, for precise readings on this heavy-duty BBQ smoker. Safety: Always wear protective gloves during the outdoor operation of your outdoor smokers. Quick Smoke Tip: For quick smoke generation, set the smoker temperature to above 260°F(127°C). Low temperatures may provide insufficient heat or significantly extend the time required for wood chips to heat up and reach the carbonization stage. Once steady smoke appears, you can reduce the temperature to your desired setting for slow roasting. PRODUCT SUPPORT: For assembly questions, replacement parts, or immediate assistance, please refer to the contact information provided in your user manual. Our service team is dedicated to providing swift and reliable support.

So far so good. I wish they would have dropped the delivery by my garage like I asked and Im missing one of hooks on the back of the smoker, but my first smoke was great. Had no issues with keeping heat consistent - ran a touch hot around 290 for over 4 hours and just had to add wood chunks for some smoke. Just need to use it to get everything dialed in but did a lot less babysitting than my old offset vertical smoker and got a lot of flavor out of it. As always the Bradley Smokers are excellent for entertaining or just enjoying the flavor of smoked foods in your own home.

Love this smoker! Made it easy to pretty much set and forget. Digital display was outstanding and it held the temp nicely. Also did not take much time to get back up to temp after opening. Only downside is having to open every couple hours to clear the used bisquettes, but that is a minor inconvenience. Clean up was a breeze as well. Well worth the money.. J. Davis. Florida. So I purchased this for my husband for Christmas and it came from the manufacturer or company that sent it with dents and scratches on the side as it put can see in the pictures. My husband didn’t want to try to repackage it as this item is almost 95 lbs and try to figure out how to get it back. So we opted to keep it as it’s cosmetic and should not affect functionality of it. This item requires some assembling but it’s quite minimal. You only need a screwdriver if I remember correctly. This item is Stainless Steel and a powder coated black housing. The handles are also a stainless steel brushed finish. This smoker does have Bluetooth. You download the app to your phone or tablet and can use the app to control the temperature. The app is extremely basic and nothing special. If this was the reason for my purchase I would have returned it. Absolutely no real creativity put into the functionality of this app In the top part of the smoker you have several metal racks. The top one has hooks for sausage and hanging meats on it. All the racks are removable however the levels are affixed and cannot be adjusted. In the bottom drawer your dripping pan is in there, a water pan as well as a wood chip pan of you choose to use them all the trays can be removed for cleaning. The drawer stays shut by clasp latches. It’s not self closing. By the glider on the drawer seems to move easily enough. The thermal probe is built in and has a nice housing holder on inside of machine to store the probe in Read instructions thoroughly. You must season the smoker before it’s first use. This is an electric smoker so you will need an outlet for it. Place on flat ground as the back has 2 wheels for moving it around. I could not find a custom cover that fits this smoker by the company so, I purchased the Unicook 40” cover and it fits this smoker fully assembled almost perfect. It’s a nice Fit Looking forward to getting to use the smoker for some delicious meals. I would have given 5 stars if item was not damaged, had a better Bluetooth app, had a cover by manufacturer for this model. Yes these are minimal things but they matter.. Joie. Surprise, AZ.
