The product is beautiful and easy to assemble. The only thing was that it came in a wide wooden box that couldn't fit through my front gate and the delivery people said they cannot turn the box onto it's side to fit through the front. Good thing I have a back alley as an alternative route for them to drop it off on my property. Make sure you have an open yard or a very wide gate. Otherwise they'll drop it in the street.. Morena. 3 stars because the instructions are absolute garbage. I assemble furniture professionally for short term rentals and I can usually handle big builds, but this one was pretty awful. Only some of the pieces are labeled, and you must guess which piece is needed. There are pieces included that are not shown anywhere in the instructions so you have no idea where they need to go. The instructions say you need 2 people to assemble, you definitely need 3 unless you know how to brace a wall. The screws are so cheap. I could write more, but I'm tired. I am not happy with his purchase.. Tara. Gresham, NE. Tue Jan 06 2026

It’s a good little sauna, we added a few extra screws to the bottom to hold it together and make it sturdy and also put the walls together on the ground then lifted those pieces onto the base. That worked better than trying to build it on the base. It was not difficult. You get what you pay for the quality is probably not as sturdy as something 3x the price, we plan to have it poly coated and my husband will modify the roofing to ensure it holds up outside. Happy with the purchase though!. Amy. Kinston, NC. Tue Sep 15 2026

The sauna works well. Heats up quickly and stays at temp. The controls are simple to use, With no real instructions on what the ionizer or ozone box is for. The set up was easy, and definitely needs two people. Seems to be a lot of extra screws once completed. I put them only where instructed too. There is a red wire in the connection area with no place to plug it. Maybe FM antenna?. Diana. Castaic, CA. Tue Apr 01 2025

So far so good. The directions aren't super clear, so you may have to figure a few things out but it's not complicated. It's about exactly what I expected - nothing to complain about but also nothing that especially surprised or impressed me, either. So far, I'd recommend it if this is basically what you're looking for. A couple of pieces of advice for setup: 1. Don't try to put it together next to any walls or structures if possible. You'll need to be able to access the top from all sides to connect the wiring and to secure both the inner ceiling piece and the roof, and if it's against a structure that blocks access to one side, it may be tough. If it's not too far, it's probably easier to put it together first then gently slide it in to your final position. 2. I put it together by myself, which really wasn't bad at all. If you have two people, though, it would be easer, especially for connecting the back and first side piece, and for putting the front door panel on (it's heavier than the other pieces, it's glass, and you have to line it up on both sides before clicking it in, unlike the other panels..
