Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. The hot tub is great! It was delivered within the original time frame of 2-3 weeks, and had no issues with leaks or damage. The tub is comfortable and has plenty of power. The instruction manual could be ALOT better, but for the quality and price of the tub It is well worth it. One thing to note is that the tub did not come with the wiring to connect from the control panel to the house, and the shell did not include a hole for the wire to exit through. Not sure if this typical with hot tubs or not, but expect to buy several feet of #6 wire to connect the tub to the disconnect box and to drill a hole in the frame to feed the wire out.. Lori. US. Very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have an issue with the second pump on my brand new hot tub delivered by wayfair. The wayfair team is trying to assist but can not get in touch with the manufacturer. The hot tub itself is beautiful but if you aren`t handy and don`t know how to fix parts, I dont want the same thing to happen to you. The warranty is supposed to cover fixtures, repairs, and broken parts but will not be done if the manufacturer or all state protection does not answer.
