Love these lanterns and am replacing some where the plastic eyes have snapped off the fixtures. The description said that these were metal and so I was hoping that the eyes would be metal, eliminating the problem with snapping off in the wind. Pretty nice but honestly got a bit disappointed at the price I paid after seeing very similar edging at my local super market for $2 per section ($10 total vs $38). I mainly purchased it as a buffer from the landscapers blowing trash under the fence into my tulip bed. One section had a slightly bent stake which made it hard to make them perfectly even/straight but, pretty nice overall. The chain link design should catch the larger pieces and also deter squirrels from coming under the fence where I don’t want them. I think it adds a touch of charm and elegance to the bed.. Rebecca.
