The rug is nice enough, however, as several others have pointed out, there are no tassels. Via chat, customer service insisted "it doesn't have tassels except on picture" and "the item received is correct. They dont make it with tassels." To return the rug, I would have to pay a return shipping fee. "I understand why you feel that way about being charged a return fee. However, you did receive the correct item so if you dont want to keep it, there would be a return shipping fee deducted." I intend to keep the rug because I like it well enough without the tassels, but the lack of accountability from AllModern/Wayfair is very disappointing. Buyer beware.

Rug is horrible quality, lasted about 6 months before the color and texture was completely ruined by moderate traffic and the ends began to fray

I love its low contrast look on top of my beige/white "sandstone" tile flooring and the soft, fluffy feel under foot. Hope my dogs don't destroy it!

This is a very nice rug. It is plush on the feet and the design is very nice. The beige and white details are really nice and make a room pop! Only downside is that it is lumpy. I am hoping it will relax a bit so we can get is straight and smooth.

This rug is huge and heavy! I haven’t been able to unroll it fully yet but unrolled a bit to show coloring and feel texture. It is so soft and high quality. They tassels are a great design touch. Pattern is modern and minimalistic. Perfect for under a king size bed as it is so soft and luxe. Highly recommended!

I love this rug!! I have it in my kids’ playroom (excuse the mess). It’s super soft and comfortable enough to sit and play on. The neutral colors would work in a lot of different spaces. The tassels elevate the look of it too.

This rug is spectacular, I absolutely love it. I’m converting an old bedroom into an office and don’t care for the carpet in there. This rug adds sophistication and style. On top of that, it feels fabulous underfoot.

Very pretty rug!! The polyester is so soft and comfortable on your feet. I also love the cream color. My only issue is that its a bit thin. Otherwise, this is perfect! Might be a good rug for layering rugs on top of.
