Nice rug, but they cheap out when they ship it to you fold it and it never lays flat even years later. So aggravating I want to throw it away even though I bought a five-year warranty, which is now wasted. Save yourself some trouble and go to the At Home store in your neighborhood and buy it there. They have beautiful wool hand hooked rugs that they roll in a tube.
