The first one we got, the styrofoam packaging had melted to it. They sent a replacement table. One of the legs arrived broken. The quality of the item is poor, the wood is very lightweight and the paint on it, we ordered black, is shoddy and uneven. The cost they expect for this is not equivalent to the very low quality material used to manufacture it. Do not purchase.

Fall apart in less than a month chairs broke

This is a great price for a convenient little set. My only complaint is that the chairs don't let you 'lounge' well, they have such an upright back that you are forced to sit very upright. Great for dinner - not as great for reclining/relaxing. Otherwise I love the color and the storage features. They'll be easy to tuck away for the winter.

It was cheaply made

Small for the area I originally purchased it for however it worked perfectly for my small patio area!

Good evening, it is very disappointing that my first time buying from Wayfair has been a pain in my behind, from the pictures of the furniture and the price we expected way more. Customer service from Wayfair has been great but I think Wayfair needs to get better providers! With this said I would like a full refund for the broken furniture and low quality product we received from Safavieh. I hope at least the pick up transaction would be easy and expect you pick up that piece of trash furniture from my house, because I'm not working for Safavieh after they treat me like a broken piece of furniture not well painted and poor quality wood!! I will make sure I post videos of this!!! I'm very, very, upset!!!

The ‘natural’ color is very nice. The construction is sturdy. This set is just the right size for my space. The price is a bit up there, but the shipping was free and fast.

PROS light, practical, comes fully assembled and is superficially good looking. CONS wood is finished unevenly and is rough in some spots –its hard to tell how well it will withstand the elements. There was a small dent on the top of the table. Like others pointed out, the amount of styrofoam in the packaging is tragic. The pieces arrived in good condition though and the set is working well for my space. UPDATE: this set did great and still looks like new after one summer and occasional rain (no water spots)! I did protect it with an umbrella most of the time.

I like the design and the items arrived timely, however, the white packing material was stuck to the top of the table leaving a permanent imprint on half of the table top. Additionally, paint is missing on parts of the chairs.

We purchased the black-the finish is terrible, uneven with raw wood exposed in places, hinges are corroded. It looks like this table spent a season outside and wayfair sent it to us pretending it is new. Chairs arrived damaged as well. Seriously disappointed in the lack of quality. I just wonder how much trouble it will be to send it back. Definitely NOT worth the money.
