The end of the box was open when I received it and at least one of the pieces had come out of it's bubble wrap and was loose in the box. Buyer Beware! I opened this bird feeder, and when I put the parts together within the tubing, it started rattling. You can literally pick it up section by section. When I contacted Wayfair and told them about my experience, they said that I would have to return it and depending on if it’s damaged, I would have to pay the return fee. The squirrel deflector works great when hanging on top of the bird feeder that hangs from a string. It definitely keeps the squirrels away.
