I love this dresser!

I like the dresser in general. It is quite pretty. People notice and compliments it. I like the nice subtle sheen in the white. The drawers are small though, so it is good to get the 8 drawers on if you have the height space which most places should. This item looses stars because one of the piece for the leg was wrong and was not able to finish it after building for 3 evening. It takes time to build and don’t rush, follow the diagrams carefully and you will be ok. I call for a part replacement and that took a week to arrive. I was not advise that I they were going to send me the whole dresser unit which is very heavy. I called them back to take the rest back and they say “sorry, manufacture doesn’t want it back either. They suggested that I donated or give it away. It is a big inconvenience to dump this extra piece for the customer to deal with. One the rep said, we resolved your issue by sending you a whole replacement. That heavy box is in the middle of my leaving room waiting for me to call a local charity to come pick it up. Does this sound like a perfect resolution that made it easier to the customer?
