Super Knightsbridge Swing Set

We love the playground set. The arrival time was a little delayed but wasn’t too bad. It took two men to put together. One did majority work while the other assisted as needed. It took about 3 days to put together because they worked in their spare time after work. My 4 year old loves it! We were nervous if the slide would be long enough for an enjoyable slide & it is!!

Great! It looks sturday and my kid loves it. We hired an installer and they finished it in half day.

Great product. However the delivery was a week late.

The swing set is of good quality. Looks very nice. Kid friendly. Good instructions. All parts were in the kit. My grandkids are loving it.

The kids love it. But according to the company it does NOT come with the bongo drums that Wayfair shows in the picture. It also arrived without the roof, but that was settled with two phone calls and the parts arrived a week later

Directions slightly complicated and some added toys dont exactly work for that size wood used. Definitely needs to be weighed down when finished, yet perfect for a first time swing set for many ages. Very adaptable for future changes as well.

I ordered 2 swing sets at the exact same time. This was came within a reasonable time and we installed it with no issues. Very happy with the product. The second swing set took 5 months to arrive. We ordered the swing set on April 4, 2020 and it was delivered on August 6th, 2020, 5 months later. The main issue was the ship date kept moving from May to June to July to August and Wayfair didn’t tell us the swing set wasn’t coming until mid-July. The set itself seems cheaply made and the wood easily splinters. The response time and customer service was poor, not very helpful, on hold for 90 to 120 minutes at a time. Not a great experience. If we’d had known the swing set would take 5 months to be delivered, we would have gone somewhere else. Because they kept moving the ship date 30 days, they led us to believe it was coming. I will never buy anything from Wayfair again and I caution anyone who does.
