Play Set Scrambler Swing Set

My daughters love this and just the right size for our small yard. However, assembly instructions were sometimes unclear. From one step to the next, the view would be rotated without any clear indication that it was the case. I had to disassemble one piece more than once because I had put it on backwards or in the wrong spot.

My 3 year old loves it. Perfect size for the space we have it.

The set is good, but we were missing parts

My grandkids love it! It was a little difficult to assemble but my son and son-in-law eventually figured it out. Nice play set.

This appears to be a lot bigger in the photos. There is very little room between the swings. I also thought, because of the photo, that it had a ladder. It does not. There is only the rock climb to get to the playhouse. I also expected the wood to be thicker. Very thin. Not even 2x4. I was very disappointed in the product compared to the price. Would not recommend. On the other hand, my 3-year-old great granddaughter loves it. She has a great time playing on it and loves spending time in GiGi’s backyard. So that makes it more worthwhile.

The wood described is to be Premium wood, however it is more like pressed wood. The playset will NOT remain standing in strong winds. If this were "Premium wood" it would take several people to lift and not one. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. Paid $750 and now another $75 to have it returned. Will think twice before purchasing anything from here!

I do love the swing set but it was a nightmare putting this together. Let me start off with the company sent us the wrong instructions. The instructions they sent were to another swing set similar to the one we received so didn’t realize it until we started. Then we had to go off the wrong instructions and the instructions on my phone because parts Were labeled wrong. Wayfair was very understanding and did help me out which I appreciated but I had to reach out to the swing company because it was sold by them. After calling the company they told me they would email me and never did. Overall we bought parts from the hardware store and put it together. Also the parts for the slide are not included. N

The assembly instruction were lacking clarity and were printed poorly. A couple of curved cut pieces arrived split requiring me to make their replacement. Will never deal with Wayfair again based up the lack knowledge and urgency of service staff. No one has yet to explain why it took four weeks to deliver the swing set from Georgia to me. I am tired of hearing COVID as an excuse for bad service.

This has been a bonus to have with playgrounds being closed. Great swing set for the price!

First, when the box arrived, I was worried the items inside were damaged. Luckily there were only scratches on the slide. The other items were safe in boxes. So the shipping department needs some work. Also, the numbers labeled on the bags of screws were not used throughout the instructions (so what was the purpose for them). In addition, some of the hardware was different from the pictures, maybe the instructions are older than the unit. Overall, it's ok, we made it work.
