Very Good for Children’s . My son loved Thank you so much.

Pretty awesome swing set for our 3 4 year old grandkids. They love it ! Paid the extra for the assembly and I must say I was impressed with Angi’s for the assembly process. The gentleman that assembled the swing set was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Delivered on a Friday afternoon and assembled Wednesday ! Not bad.

STOP! Do NOT buy this product! Perhaps the product itself might be good - not sure BUT the customer service and complete lack of company management of this is a joke! First you are buying the product from Playnation who packages and ships the product. They did not include instructions in the packaging. We paid for installation for this and had to reschedule 3 times due to problems. Sometimes they would send one person instead of two, once they couldn’t do it when they found out there were no instructions for the product. You have to call both Angi’s list and Wayfair to get to the bottom of rescheduling and figuring out how to cancel and reschedule. I bought this as a gift to my grandchildren so installation was in another state. So, in order to reschedule we needed to know my daughter’s schedule. they will only communicate with me BUT they give the phone numbers of the workers (just before they arrive) only to her. The whole process is uncoordinated. I believe I probably spent over the course of this project about 4 hours on the phone trying to coordinate installation. We finally cancelled installation and got our money back and had one of the installers do it himself at a lower rate but got it done and finally my grandkids are happy! Take my word for it - you do not want to go through this!

Does not last. Poor quality

Swing set is great, the directions were horrible and made it very challenging to put together! There are another set of directions with the items like the swing that conflict with the actual packet of directions. The screws are not labeled which made in extremely challenging to locate the correct screws. It took us nearly 4 days to complete the project.

I don’t know how it is yet. Delivery was fast, convenient and the crew was wonderful. STILL waiting to get an instillation date. UPDATE 6/28/21. Paid locally for install. Go configure was awful. Now that it’s up the Grandkids love it!!

The final product came out great we did have quite a few hiccups along the way. Unfortunately the way the hardware is packaged makes it very difficult to identify what is what, so be prepared to count each screw to identify. We did find some inconsistencies with the instructions that came with the packet compared to separate instructions that came with individual pieces. Some of the wood was slightly warped but caused no issue. All in all took about two full days to assemble not including the sorting of items. The happiness that it brings our daughter makes it all worth it and I am confident it is structurally sound.

Bought this for my grandson for his Birthday, unfortunately his Birthday is in November. We wont be putting it together until the Spring. I will give it 4 stars for now. Finally got the swing set together and my grandson absolutely loves it.
