The Abbagail 38.9" Wide Overstuffed Faux Leather Manual Recliner with Massage and Heating arrived in perfect condition, and I assembled it carefully following the instructions. The process was straightforward. Unfortunately, neither the massage nor the heating functions work. We've assembled and disassembled the chair a couple of times, checked all the connections thoroughly, and still—nothing. The recliner itself is not very comfortable, as you can feel the massage heads through the seat and backrest. That’s something I would be willing to live with if the massage and heat functions actually worked—but they don’t. Very disappointed, especially because those features were the main reason I purchased this recliner. I really hope the seller can provide a solution.

Threads coming out and not very comfy. The heat is nice and it looks pretty, but overall would not recommend.

I was on the fence for this chair but love the slick design. But Not really oversized, and should be considered more a standard size and arm rest are kind of low, it’s definitely firm! but massager works great!! Great for people with back issues not for comfort.

On each side of chair on the front there is a knot on each side of the chair very uncomfortable
