Will these protect your pillows Absolutely! Do they have a 1.5”L x 34”W x 14”H plastic bubble encasement on the corner for the zipper that you will immediately become aware of if you’re anything but a back sleeper Affirmative! There’s no way to remove the plastic bubble without patching it either—it’s stitched right into the fabric. If you definitely have bed bugs, this product is great. You’ll probably enjoy sleeping knowing that the bubble is there—and you’ll be reminded of it every time you toss and turn through the night. If not, I doubt the annoyance of the bubble is worth it.

A neat little case for the zipper, helps me to breathe easier in a city and age full of bed bugs... Knowing they cant get in my pillows either helps a lot psychologically.

These cases drove me BONKERS. I’m so sorry, but the plastic compartment that’s designed to tuck the zipper tab into, was an annoyance at best. It’s clunky and was uncomfortable to wake up having unintentionally slept on it. Cool marketing idea, but I would think that a tightly interlocking zipper would do the trick()
